Thai style bean and courgette green curry in a coconut sauce with Thai basil.
An authentic Thai style green vegan, gluten free curry made with a paste of finely pounded fresh herbs and spices and coconut milk with courgette, aubergine, turtle beans, green beans, black eyed beans, and kidney beans, peppercorns, green chilli, shallot, coriander leaf and Thai basil.

Cooking instructions
For best results, microwave from frozen, open one corner of the container and cook on high for 5 minutes, stir, then cook on high for a further 2 minutes. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
