About Me

Alibiltoncooks is the latest venture of professional chef Ali Bilton, bringing high-quality frozen food straight to your home. Ali has had a long career in the food industry, cooking for F1 teams, royalty and VIPs alike, and was latterly the Head Tutor at the Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School.

Ali’s love for food came from her mum Sheila, a farmer’s wife who, through necessity, became a fantastic self-taught cook with a passion for good food, cookery and entertaining that passed down to her three daughters. Ali went on to study catering management at Leith’s School of Food & Wine at the start of a long and varied career as a private chef caterer. Wherever work has taken her, Ali has always remembered what Sheila taught her about the importance of using seasonal produce that is as local as possible.

Ali has lived, worked, cooked, and entertained all over the world, a life that has clearly influenced her cooking style. Through extensive research and development, Ali is now bringing her most loved dishes from her kitchen to your freezer.
