Delivery Information

Once your order is confirmed, we will pack your foods from our freezer into insulated cool bags with ice packs, for delivery on Saturdays between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm, depending on your postcode (deliveries on public holidays may vary). Deliveries are free for orders over £50. For orders under £50 a £5 charge is incurred. Deliveries are restricted to a 25-mile radius of Pocklington. Orders placed for delivery on Saturday must be received before 4pm on Friday, otherwise they will most likely be despatched the following Saturday.

Alternatively, you can Click & Collect from our shop at 8A Regent Street, Pocklington, York Y42 2QL, any Tuesday- Saturday between 9am and 5pm.  Please allow two hours between placing your order and arriving to collect, just to give us time to pack it for you!

Orders can be placed and paid for up to two weeks in advance of delivery/collection. We cannot hold orders without payment.
