An authentic Thai style green curry made with strips of juicy chicken fillet, a paste of finely pounded fresh herbs and spices and  coconut milk with green beans, onions, peppercorns, green chilli, shallot, coriander leaf and Thai basil.

Ingredients: Chicken breast, , green beans, onion, peppercorns, coriander, lemongrass, rapeseed oil, mace, green chilli, shallot, galangal, coriander leaf, Thai basil, palm sugar, (coconut palm sugar,  water, preservative (E202), colour (E102), lime leaf, coconut milk, (coconut extract (75%), water, stabilisers (guar gum, monoglyceride of fatty acid, polysorbate 60, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum), preservative (sodium metabisulfite: contains sulphur dioxide), fish sauce (anchovy extract 77% fish, salt 20%,sugar 3%)

Cooking instructions

For best results microwave from frozen. Open one corner of the container and cook on high for  8 minutes, stir, then cook on high for a further 2 minutes. Allow  to  rest  for 2 minutes  before serving.

Oven – Or preheat oven to 170C (fan) 350F, Gas3, remove from the plastic container and put in an ovenproof dish, cook covered with foil for 50 minutes to an hour until piping hot, stir halfway through.


Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
