Givendale Prime Beef Mince (79.2%), Thai Red Curry Paste [Shallots, Galangal, Fresh, Lemongrass, Red Chilli Peppers, Garlic, Coriander, Coriander Seeds, Black Pepper, Lime Leaves, Fennel Seeds, Ground Mace], FISH Sauce [Water, ANCHOVY (FISH) EXTRACT (65%), Salt, Sugar], Coriander

Pre-heat a barbeque, remove the burgers from the container and cook over hot coals turning frequently until done. Roughly 25-30 minutes, or until hot all the way through. If using a meat thermometer this should reach a core temperature of 65C

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
