Steak & Ale Casserole – Serves 4

Tender hunks of Givendale beef with caramelised chestnut mushrooms and shallots, leek and carrot in a delicious gravy enriched with bacon lardons, Shepherd’s Watch Wold Top ale and a drop of brandy.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
