Dough prepared in the traditional Italian way with Ali’s own organic wholemeal and white sourdough starter to ensure a perfectly crisp and chewy pizza base, topped with freshly made tomato and basil sauce, mozzarella cheese, ham, sliced mushrooms and fresh oregano leaves. Cooked in a stone based pizza oven.

Remove from the box and reheat on a baking tray in the oven at 200°c for 10-15 minutes until bubbling and piping hot.
