Pulled beef chilli with borlotti beans and chorizo.

A Mexican classic, rich, dark slow-cooked pulled beef steak and smoky chorizo in a delicious blend of warming spices, borlotti beans and four flavours of chilli.

Ingredients: Stewing steak, onions, garlic, olive oil, spicy chorizo (pork, milk powder, paprika, salt, garlic, spices, corn glucose syrup, sugar, corn dextrose, colour, antioxidants (sodium erythorbate, sodium citrate) oregano, preservatives (sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate)), cumin, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, bayleaf, oregano, ancho chilli, chile de arbol, chipotle chilli, pasilla chilli, sea salt, black pepper, organic cider vinegar, chopped tomatoes, tomato ketchup (Tomatoes, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, spice and herb extracts (celery), spice) dark brown soft sugar, borlotti beans, red wine (sulphur dioxide).

Cooking instructions from frozen: For best results microwave from frozen, open one corner of the container and cook on high for 6 minutes, stir, then cook on high for a further 2minutes. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Or preheat oven to 170C (fan) 350F, Gas3, remove from the plastic container and put in an ovenproof dish, cook covered with foil for 45-50 minutes until piping hot. Stir half-way through cooking time.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
