Ingredients: Lamb mince, shallots, fresh mint, salt, pepper

Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen on a medium hot barbecue grill for approximately 25 minutes, turning frequently. Ideally use a meat thermometer to ensure the product reaches a core temperature of 65°c
