Soanes’ chicken thigh fillets with a spicy sticky Korean style sauce, for those who like it HOT!

Chicken Thigh Fillet (92.5%), Korean Style Sticky Sauce [Gochujang Chilli Paste (32.6%) [Water, Corn Syrup, Chilli Powder 11.5%, WHEAT Powder, Rice, Salt, Alcohol, Monosodium Glutamate], Soft Dark Brown Sugar, Tamari SOY Sauce [Water, SOYBEANS, Salt, Spirit Vinegar], Japanese Rice Vinegar [Water, Rice (22%), Salt, Acidity 4.5%], FISH Sauce [Water, ANCHOVY (FISH) EXTRACT (65%), Salt, Sugar], SESAME Oil, Garlic, Ginger]

Defrost the chicken thoroughly overnight in a fridge. Heat a barbeque and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently until piping hot all the way through.

Or preheat a grill to medium high and cook for 15-20 minutes turning frequently until piping hot all the way through.
