Ingredients: Dry aged prime Hereford beef mince, shallots, fresh thyme, salt, pepper.
Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen on a medium hot barbecue grill for approximately 25 minutes, turning frequently. Ideally use a meat thermometer to ensure the product reaches a core temperature of 65°c
