Pack of two individual fishcakes hand made from flakes of poached salmon and undyed smoked haddock with rosti potato, freshly chopped dill and parsley, and with a sourdough breadcrumb coating.

Potatoes, Salmon (23.1%) (FISH), Haddock (23.1%) (FISH), Sourdough Breadcrumbs (15.4%) [Orion White Strong Plain Flour [WHEAT Flour With Added Calcium Carbonate, Niacin (B3), Iron, Thiamin (B1)], Water, Sourdough Starter (1.8%) [Orion White Strong Plain Flour [WHEAT Flour With Added Calcium Carbonate, Niacin (B3), Iron, Thiamin (B1)], Water], Pink Salt], EGGS, Flour [WHEAT, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Parsley, Dill, Pink Salt, Black Pepper

Place on a baking tray in the oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes untill they are piping hot all the way through

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
