Aubergine and feta roulade.
Juicy slices of grilled aubergine rolled up into delicately spiced whirls of feta cheese, mint and toasted pine nuts glossy with balsamic vinegar and pomegranate molasses.
Ingredients: aubergine, olive oil, lemon juice, mint, pine nuts, maple syrup, Chinese five spice, cumin seed, mustard seed, Feta cheese (pasteurised ewe’s and goat’s milk, salt, microbial rennet, starter), mint, balsamic vinegar (sulphites), pomegranate molasses (pomegranate molasses (80%), sugar, water) salt and pepper.
This dish is suitable for vegetarians, however please note that our kitchen does also produce meals that contain meat. We adhere to strict HACCP standards to ensure zero cross contamination.
Cooking instructions from frozen. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan), 350ºF, Gas 4, remove the lid, cover with foil and cook from frozen in the foil dish for 45 minutes, (30 minutes if defrosted).
Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
