Stir Fried Ginger & Garlic Chicken


Ginger chicken and green bean stir fry with an oyster and soy sauce.

A gluten free dish of tender locally reared chicken thigh, stir fried in a mix of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce with green beans, ginger, galangal, spring onion and sliced garlic and sprinkled with white sesame seeds and coriander leaf.

Ingredients: chicken thigh, Gluten free soy sauce (water, soybean (soya) 20%, salt, sugar, corn starch), gluten free oyster sauce (water, sugar, salt, oyster (mollusc) extract 5%, modified corn starch, colour e150a),  fish sauce (anchovy extract 77% fish, salt 20%,sugar 3%), rapeseed oil, sesame seed, green beans, ginger, galangal, spring onion, garlic.

Cooking instructions. For best results microwave from frozen

Open one corner of the container and cook on high for 4 minutes, stir, then cook on high for a further 2 minutes. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Oven – preheat the oven to 170ºC (fan) 350ºF, Gas 3, remove from the plastic container and put in an ovenproof dish, cook covered with foil for 50 minutes to an hour until piping hot. Stir halfway through.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
