Roast beetroot and carrot with balsamic vinegar and oregano
A colourful medley of root vegetables and red onion roasted in balsamic vinegar and flavoured with a little oregano.
Ingredients: Beetroot, red onion, carrot, balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, sulphites), oregano, salt and pepper.
Cooking instructions from frozen.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC, 350ºF, Gas 4, remove the lid and place the container on a baking sheet. Cover with the tin foil provided Cook for 40-50 minutes until hot all the way through. Turn the vegetables halfway through the cooking time
If you prefer you can decant the contents of the container into a microwavable container and cook on high for 4 minutes, stir, cook for a further 2 minutes and rest for 2 minutes before serving.Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
