Boulangère Potato Bake

Layered slices of potato and onion cooked with vegetable stock and brushed with butter.
A lighter version of the Dauphinoise made with layers of thinly sliced buttery potatoes cooked in a tasty homemade vegetable stock and crisped to perfection on the top in the oven.
Ingredients: Potato, butter (milk), vegetable stock (celery, onion, carrot, leek, swede), salt and pepper.
Cooking instructions from frozen. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan), 350ºF, Gas 4, remove the lid, cover with foil and cook from frozen for 30 minutes, remove the foil cover and cook for a further 30 minutes, or until golden brown.Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
