Layers of thinly sliced buttery potatoes poached slowly in cream and milk that’s flavoured with whole garlic.

Ingredients: Potatoes, double cream (milk), milk, butter (milk), garlic, salt and pepper.

Cooking instructions from frozen.  Not  suitable for microwave cooking.

Preheat the oven to 160C (fan), 320ºF, Gas 3, remove the lid and cover the container with foil. Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, remove the foil and cook for a further 20 minutes.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
