Chunky wedges of juicy North Sea cod topped with a thick lemony crust of wild garlic pesto, (-when in season. Fresh Basil Leaves are used when the Wild Garlic has run out) crispy crumbs of Ali Bilton sourdough bread and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients: Uncooked cod loin,(fish) wild garlic (when in season. Fresh Basil used the rest of the year), parmesan (milk), pine nuts, lemon juice, garlic, courgette, olive oil, salt and pepper, dried sourdough breadcrumbs (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, Iron, niacin, thiamine), water, rice flour.

Cooking instructions from frozen. Not  suitable for microwave cooking.

Remove the lid from the container and place in an oven preheated to 180ºC (fan) 350ºF, Gas 4, for 30-35 minutes, until piping hot all the way through. Serve with wedges of lemon.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
