A traditional rustic french style dish of tender corn fed chicken thigh in a tomatoey stew of red onion, carrot, courgette, red pepper, aubergine and olive oil. Delicious with crusty bread or our rosemary roasties.

Ingredients: Chicken thigh, onion, carrot, white wine (sulphites), chicken stock (celery, chicken, swede, carrots, leeks, onion) courgette, red pepper, red onion, aubergine, tomato puree, tinned tomato, basil, olive oil, salt, pepper.

Cooking instructions from frozen. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan), 350ºF Gas 4, remove the lid of the dish and cover the container with foil. Place in the preheated oven for 1 hour.  Allow to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before serving.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
