A rich and unctuous dish of beef ragu made in the traditional way, with glossy homemade beef stock and red wine, layered with hand made lasagne sheets and topped with a parmesan, mozzarella and gruyere sauce.

Ingredients: Minced beef, onion, carrot, celery, oregano, thyme, tinned tomato, tomato puree, rapeseed oil, red wine (sulphites), beef stock (beef bones, leek, carrot, onion, swede, celery), 00 flour (wheat flour, may contain traces of soya), durum wheat semolina, egg,  milk butter (milk), parmesan (milk), mozzarella (milk), gruyere (milk), salt and pepper.

Cooking instructions from frozen.  Not suitable for microwave cooking

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan), 350ºF, Gas 4, remove the lid, and cook in the foil dish for 1 hour or until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.

*If Defrosted cook in the foil dish for 30 mins or until golden brown.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
