Almond frangipane on a crisp all butter sweet shortcrust pastry base topped with strips of Yorkshire Rhubarb
Ingredients: butter (milk), plain flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), semolina (durum wheat) flour, egg, caster sugar, ground almonds, (nuts), Yorkshire rhubarb.
Reheating instructions from frozen
Place in an oven preheated to 140ºC (fan), 275ºF, Gas 1 for 20 minutes. Best served warm with cream or crème fraiche.
