A classic Ali Bilton recipe using Wensleydale cheddar and cream cheese to make a deliciously light and airy canape that is simple and sophisticated.

Ingredients: white bread (fortified British wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron oxide, niacin, thiamin), water, yeast, salt, soya flour, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid), butter (milk), Wensleydale cheddar cheese (milk), cream cheese (milk), egg.


Cooking instructions from frozen

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan), 350ºF, Gas 4,  lay the frozen cubes on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Cook for 15 minutes until golden brown.


Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
