A sumptuous vegan version of the traditional sticky toffee pudding oozing with sweet dates and pears.

Ingredients: Dates (sulphites), almond milk (nuts-almonds), rapeseed oil, dark muscovado sugar, linseed, mixed spice, bicarbonate of soda, self-raising flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), raising agents: Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Disodium

For best results, preheat the oven to 150ºC (fan), 300ºF, Gas 2, remove the lid, cover with foil and cook from frozen in 40 minutes.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
