Yorkshire rhubarb and almond frangipane on an all butter pastry base.

An all butter puff pastry base topped with a layer of frangipane and tender stems of Yorkshire rhubarb, dusted with icing sugar.
Ingredients: butter (milk) plain flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin) egg, ground almonds (nuts), rhubarb, sugar.
Reheating instructions from frozen.
Place in an oven preheated to 140ºC (fan) 275ºF, Gas 1, for 20 minutes.
Best served warm with cream or crème fraîche. Once defrosted, use within 48 hours.
