A crisp all butter sweet shortcrust pastry case filled with almond frangipane and studded with fresh raspberries, excellent served hot or cold with a dollop of créme fraîche.

Ingredients: butter (milk), plain flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), semolina (durum wheat) flour, egg, caster sugar, ground almonds, (nuts), raspberries.

Reheating instructions from frozen.

Place in an oven preheated to 140ºC (fan), 275ºF, Gas 1, for 20 minutes. 

Best served warm with cream or crème fraîche.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
