This smooth glossy reduction of intense flavours makes the perfect accompaniment to the Mushroom Wellington, with dried porcini mushrooms, cranberries and mustard.

Ingredients: Dried porcini mushrooms, porcini powder,  vegetable stock (celery, onion, leek, carrot, swede), Port (sulphites), dried cranberries (sulphites), wholegrain mustard, (mustard Seed (30%), water, white wine vinegar, spirit vinegar, sugar, mustard flour (4%), salt, ground cinnamon, ground pimento, ground turmeric), orange juice and zest, dark muscovado sugar, pomegranate molasses, (100% pomegranate juice) salt and pepper.

Cooking instructions from frozen. Not suitable for microwave cooking

Place the  sauce in a saucepan and reheat gently until just simmering. Serve with mushroom Wellington

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
