Made with a crisp all butter shortcrust pastry base, this almond frangipane tart contains a fan of sweet slices of ripe pear and is excellent served hot or cold with a dollop of crème fraîche.

Ingredients: butter (milk), plain flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, Iron, niacin, thiamine), egg, ground almonds (nuts), pears, sugar.

Reheating instructions from frozen:

Place in an oven preheated to 140ºC (fan), 275ºF, Gas 1, for 20 minutes. Best served warm with cream or crème fraiche.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
