An Italian take on our Greek Feta parcels, made here with mozzarella and red pesto and fresh basil wrapped in filo and brushed with butter.
Ingredients: mozzarella (milk), red pesto red pesto (tomato puree, sunflower seed oil, basil, cheeses(milk), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese, Pecorino, sun-dried tomatoes, peppers (sulphites), cashew nuts, carrots, pine nuts, acidity regulator, lactic acid, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, anti-oxidant, rosemary extract. May also contain other nuts and Peanut traces), Filo pastry (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, Iron, niacin, thiamine, water, maize starch, sunflower oil, salt), butter (milk).
Cooking instructions from frozen. Not suitable for microwave cooking
Preheat the oven to 180ºC, 350ºF, Gas 4, lay the frozen parcels on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Cook for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
