The sweet tropical taste of ripe Alphonso mango from India is blended with the citrus tartness of fresh passionfruit in this iced creamy dessert to round off your meal perfectly.
Ingredients: Alphonso mango, caster sugar, egg, double cream (milk) passionfruit.
Keep frozen, remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Pop out of the container, place on a dish to serve.
