A springtime twist on the classic Italian style frittata, using the fresh green spears of locally sourced wild garlic and sticks of roasted courgette in a delicious suspension of egg and creamy St Helen’s goat’s cheese.
Ingredients: Wild garlic, courgette, egg, rapeseed oil, St Helens goat’s cheese (pasteurised goat’s milk), salt and pepper.
Reheating instructions from frozen
Remove from the packaging and place uncovered on a baking sheet in an oven pre-heated to 140ºC (fan) 275ºF, Gas 1, for 20-25 minutesOven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
