Cookery Courses with Ali
Come to the ABC HQ, and enjoy some quality time acquiring new culinary skills under the expert tutelage of Ali herself. Learn how to prepare and cook some exciting new dishes, see what it’s like in a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, and make new friends!
Courses run on Sundays 10am – 2pm.
Dishes cooked are based on seasonal availabilty-
23rd April- Foraged Wild Garlic- Chicken with Wild Garlic Pesto, Asparagus Frittata and an Edible Flower Salad
21st May – Tuscan Spring – Nettle Gnocchi and Chocolate Panna Cotta
11th June – Yummy Thai – Tom Yum Soup, Stir fried Beef with Oyster sauce and Fragrant Jasmine Rice
Fee includes all ingredients, use of all materials and equipment, recipe cards and coffee.
