Caramelised Onion & Goat’s Cheese Tart – Serves 2


Caramelised onion, rosemary and St Helen’s goat’s cheese with an all butter pastry case.

A heavenly union of salty tangy goat’s cheese and caramelised onions nestled on a puff pastry base.



Puff Pastry (46.5%) [WHEAT flour, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed) water,  WHEAT starch, concentrated lemon juice, salt, alcohol (evaporates during baking),  WHEAT GLUTEN, inactivated yeast], Caramelised Onion (37.2%) [Red Onions, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Damson Gin, Balsamic Vinegar, Rosemary], Goats Cheese (26.1%) (MILK), EGG Yolks (1.9%), Pink Salt, Rosemary, Black Pepper

Reheating instructions from frozen.

Place in an oven preheated to140ºC (fan) 275ºF, Gas 1, for 20 minutes


Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
