A glistening plate of ruby loveliness; tender slices of roasted fresh beetroot cooked under a buttery blanket of melt in the mouth pastry, goat’s cheese, and rosemary sprigs, ready to turn out and serve sliced.
Ingredients: Beetroot, goat’s cheese (goat’s milk), caster sugar, butter (milk), balsamic vinegar (sulphites) rosemary. Puff pastry (wheat flour, concentrated butter (milk), vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed) water, wheat starch, concentrated lemon juice, salt, alcohol (evaporates during baking), wheat gluten, colouring, fruit and vegetable concentrates, (carrot, apple, lemon), inactivated yeast, natural flavouring (contains milk).
Cooking instructions from frozen. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Preheat the oven to 160ºC (fan), 320ºF, Gas 3, remove the lid of the container and place in the oven. Reheat for 40 minutes until piping hot all the way through. When ready, place a serving plate over the tart and carefully invert onto the plate.Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
