Green Pesto & Courgette Tart serves 2

Green pesto, roasted courgette, feta and basil with an all butter pastry case.

A crisp layer of flaky pastry topped with home-made green pesto and roasted courgette slices. Serves two as a light lunch.

Puff Pastry (39.7%) [WHEAT flour, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed) water,  WHEAT starch, concentrated lemon juice, salt, alcohol (evaporates during baking),  WHEAT GLUTEN, inactivated yeast], Courgettes, Wild Garlic Pesto (12.7%) [Wild Garlic (38.7%), Rapeseed Oil, Pine Nuts, Cheese [raw cow’s MILK, salt, calf rennet, preservative, lysozime from EGG], Lemon Juice], Parmesan Cheese (MILK), EGG Yolks (1.6%), Pink Salt, Black Pepper

Reheating instructions from frozen

Place on a lined baking tray in an oven preheated to 140ºC (fan), 275ºF, Gas 1, for 15 minutes.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
