Roasted, boned Soanes’ capon, tender and tasty, stuffed with specially seasoned Wetwang Banger sausage meat, and served with rich gravy stuffing balls, and pigs in blankets.

Oven Preheat to 180C (fan), 350F Gas 4 remove the lid from the container and cover with foil. Place in the preheated oven for 50 minutes – 1 hour, until piping hot Allow to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before serving.Oven devices may vary.
