Slow braised lamb shank with rosemary, carrot, swede, leek and white wine. Serves two people as a light dinner, or one person as a feast!

Finest cut of local lamb cooked long and slow on the bone, in a flavoursome stock made with white wine, until it is silky and tender. This is a substantial meal for one and a lighter meal for two.

Ingredients: lamb shank, lamb stock (celery, swede, carrot, onion, leek), white wine (sulphites), carrot, onion, celery, rosemary, swede, tomato puree, salt, pepper.

 

Cooking instructions from frozen:

Preheat the oven to 160ºC(fan), 320ºF, Gas 3, remove the lid of the container, place the container on a baking sheet, cover with foil, and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes until piping hot all the way through.

 

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
