Yorkshire rhubarb, homemade elderflower and cream semifreddo.

A refreshing semi frozen Italian style dessert combining the sharp sweetness of Yorkshire rhubarb and the floral honey scent of hand foraged elderflowers in smooth iced cream.
Ingredients: Rhubarb, caster sugar, egg, double cream (milk) elderflower cordial (elderflower, caster sugar, citric acid), icing sugar.
Keep frozen, remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Pop out of the container, place on a plate to serve.
