A Wellington without the meat, but all the flavour, this intensely mushroomy treat, enriched with walnuts, spinach and garlic, ticks all the boxes for a delicious vegetarian feast, especially when served with the Porcini Sauce.

Ingredients: Mushrooms, walnuts,  wholegrain rice, spinach, garlic, rapeseed oil, puff pastry: (wheat flour, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed) water, wheat starch, concentrated lemon juice, salt, alcohol (evaporates during baking), wheat gluten, inactivated yeast), oat milk

Cooking instructions from frozen. Not suitable for microwave cooking. 

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan), 350ºF, Gas 4, remove the wrapping and place the parcel on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.

Cook for 1 hour until golden brown.

Allow the Wellington to rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Serve with the warm porcini sauce.

Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
