Locally-reared lamb seasoned with aromatic ras-al-hanout herbs and spices for a delicious hand made burger with a North African twist.

Ingredients: Lamb mince, shallots, ras-el-hanout, dried oregano, salt, pepper.

Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen on a medium hot barbecue grill for approximately 25 minutes, turning frequently. Ideally use a meat thermometer to ensure the product reaches a core temperature of 65°c
