Creamy Dill Sauce – Serves 1
Riesling wine and dill cream sauce

A silky sauce of double cream and Reisling wine flavoured with fresh dill, a perfect accompaniment for fish dishes. (Included with the Twice Baked Smoked Salmon Soufflé and the Bacon Wrapped Scallops)
Ingredients: Reisling wine (sulphites), double cream (milk), dill, salt and pepper.
Defrost the sauce in the fridge overnight. Once defrosted use within 48 hours
Reheat the sauce gently in a pan until just bubbling and serve with the hot souffles or scallops.Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
