Ideal for a summer barbecue.
Chicken thigh, dried chilli, red wine vinegar, red chillies, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, sugar, fresh lemon juice.
To Barbecue: Defrost thoroughly over night in the fridge before removing from packaging, retaining the marinade, and cook the chicken on a medium hot grill, turning frequently until core temperature reaches 78°. Heat marinade in a small pan until boiling and serve over the cooked meat.
Alternatively to oven cook, remove film from the tray and cook the defrosted chicken at 180°c for 35 minutes until core temperature reaches 78°.
Oven devices may vary. These instructions have been tested using an accurate oven thermometer and we recommend that, to ensure this product is properly cooked, you use one too!
